Hello, When I went to the Air Algerie Montreal Office to get help with my ticket, I was greeted by kind and helpful staff. Regarding baggage regulations, cancellations, and ticket modifications, they gave clear answers. The lengthy wait time, however, made the procedure a little annoying. Additionally, I thought the cancellation fees were more than I had anticipated. My overall experience was acceptable because the staff handled my request effectively in spite of these problems.
