My trainer has always said that it's important to use growth hormone and combine it properly with training. Some people say that HGH helps you recover faster and build muscle, but I feel like it won't produce the same results without good nutrition and proper exercise. I don't dispute that there are improvements in endurance, but a lot depends on how hard you work in the gym.

I don't think HGH is a magic cure all. Sure, some people may see results, but I think it's much more important to have discipline, train properly, and watch your diet. Growth hormone can help in certain cases, but without a good base its effects won't be as noticeable.
