Hello, friends! I've been wanting to buy binoculars for stargazing for a long time, but I can't decide. I want something compact, but with good image quality. A telescope is not an option - I live in the city, I often go out into nature, but I don't want to carry bulky equipment.
I looked at different models, but they all have different characteristics. Some say that the diameter of the lenses is important, others - the coating of the optics. I also heard that special binoculars with good light transmission are needed.
Maybe someone already uses one? Which model would you recommend? Preferably something lightweight, but powerful, so that you can both look at the stars and watch nature during the day.
I would be grateful for advice!
If you want something purely for astronomy, you can look at models with higher magnification, but then they will be heavier. I would still choose a universal option to use both for stars and for nature.
