Hello everyone! I've noticed that I'm starting to lose touch with myself in the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I want to find an online tool that would help me return to the moment, be aware of my emotions, and simply track what's happening to me day after day. If you have any proven sites with similar functionality, I'd be glad to hear about them.

Hi! Today, I felt especially clearly how important it is to be able to listen to yourself. Everything around is noisy, demands attention, distracts. And inside there is silence, which we often ignore. I'm learning to be attentive to my feelings, not to rush myself, but to go at my own pace. This helps maintain inner balance.
I have always believed that a man should cope on his own. Not complain, not whine, just keep it to himself. And I kept it. Until one day I realized that there was too much heaviness inside, and it was starting to corrode. Sharing with someone was not an option. I began to look for a space where I could be honest at least with myself. Surprisingly, Liven articles me exactly that. Here I started to simply describe what I feel. Without filters, without trying to seem strong. And, you know, it worked. The silence in my head became a little calmer, my body was less tense with anxiety. It was as if I learned to breathe again - and finally began to hear myself.
