1/ So I ran into an issue with my PlayStation account after a payment problem. My account got locked, and I expected it would be a quick fix — but it wasn’t.
2/ The customer service team was polite, but the process was slow. I kept getting passed between different departments, and every response took longer than I hoped.
3/ Don’t get me wrong, I still love playstation — the game library is amazing, and the performance is top-notch. But dealing with their support was definitely frustrating.
4/ I really hope they work on improving the whole support process, especially for account problems. Getting locked out of your games (and purchases!) is a headache no one wants.
5/ Anyone else had to contact PlayStation support? What was your experience like?
