Construction had obvious flaws - uneven stitching, loose threads, and hardware that felt cheap despite looking decent in photos. Worst part was fit inconsistency with their own size chart. Measurements were significantly different from what their guide indicated for my size. Return process was complicated with restocking fees and customer service that seemed designed to discourage returns rather than resolve problems. Customer service was unhelpful throughout, treating complaints like annoyances rather than legitimate quality concerns. Total experience felt like bait-and-switch marketing - premium prices for mediocre products with poor service. Lesson learned: research beyond marketing materials, check independent reviews, and understand return policies before ordering.
