I attended a 200-hour Yoga TTC course at Rishikesh Yog Kendra and a new page was opened in my life. It was great to learn Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga in depth, to meditate in the presence of the Himalayas. The instructors were very interested. This experience was like an unforgettable game like basketball legends ; once you start, you always remember.
